I have taught high school English at Litchfield since 2012. Before that I got my secondary education degree in English and history from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

I was born in North Platte to a preschool teacher and newspaper editor, and we moved to Lincoln when I was in kindergarten. In Lincoln, I went to the then-brand new Lincoln Southwest High School, where I participated in Speech for two years.

I have been married to Jeralynn Moser, the school's k-12 librarian, since 2011 and we have two beautiful girls (ages 4 and 1) that entertain us and keep us busy. My hobbies include cooking, reading, Chicago Cubs baseball, and TV and movies (though I don't usually have any time!).
